In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Material handling: Reception, verification and clearing of incoming shipments, preparation of outgoing shipments, contacts with transport companies and complying with quality and work procedures.
  • Administration: Ordering spare parts + logistical handling, assist in handling service administration workflow, statistical reports on receipts, shipments, transport and related issues.
  • Inventory: Handling of inventory and inventory levels, physical count and related issues.
  • Warehousing: Maintenance of warehouse and equipment, providing good working situation of the warehouse.
  • Office / building task: Provide service to other departments by manual help, other tasks as the need arises by the company.
  • Basic training on required software and products.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Proficient in both national languages and knowledge of English.
  • Knowledge of computer based administrative systems.
  • Ability to capture vital information to fulfill the specific reporting and statistical tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of the organization and products.
  • Similar job or acquired experience.
