We are currently looking to recruit a Procurement Support Analyst for our Shared Service Centre. This position will be based in our beautiful offices in New Belgrade.
Job Summary:
As a Procurement Support Analyst, you will be responsible for procurement support in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
The Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect and process data from different databases and systems for procurement purposes and usage.
- Generate accurate consumption forecasts by analyzing, interpreting data, and finding trends and patterns.
- Provide reports on sourcing terms, conditions, and purchasing contract renewals.
- Perform spend, sales, and margin analysis.
- Support data monitoring process of the product portfolio.
- Create dashboards for KPI metrics tracking.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or other analytics-related fields
- Or equivalent experience as a Procurement/Supply Chain, Business or Reporting Analyst.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience (e.g., in Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Logistics, Business Analytics, or Reporting).
- Experience working in a service center environment will be considered an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel user (incl. Power Query, Power Pivot).
- Good user knowledge of ERP systems (SAP MM and SD, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.) and PowerPoint.
- Experience working in Power BI.
- SQL, VBA, and Microsoft Access knowledge will be considered an advantage.
Language / Communication Skills:
- Fluent in English, spoken and written (German or other EU languages will be considered an advantage).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
