A role with Site Merchandising Operations means consistently delivering and implementing digital content and providing scaled and efficient digital content management solutions. Here, you’ll have an opportunity to manage end-to-end digital site and app content and drive timely, high-quality content launches and refreshes. Your work will help establish clear accountabilities and evolve the workflow to simplify business processes. Bring your creative ability to identify new capabilities and dynamic solutions and balance your vision with your business process skills to advance the effectiveness of our tools and enablers. Your talent for execution will be key to bringing new digital experiences and site merchandising capabilities to life.

As a UI QA Analyst you will make connections between Business-Creative Teams. As part of the Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for validating content across Web, App and other channels, Roundel, as well as tracking, reporting, and fixing the issues/bugs from an end-user’s perspective. The QA checks need to be carried out across multiple Web Browsers, Operating Systems and Devices (Mobile, Tablet, Desktop) by keeping the Quality quotient high and adhering to daily deliverable timelines. 

Operational & Business Support

  • Partners with Stakeholders, Producing and creative agencies to understand business objectives and final creative experience to help create quality guest experience.
  • Knowledge of Brand guidelines / Style guide and efficient adherence across channels
  • Communicates & builds inputs to content development partners based on final experience deliverables.
  • Liaises with cross-functional partners to drive efficiency and continuous process improvement.
  • Critical Thinking to RCA & Lead issue identification and derive ways and methods to avoid issues proactively.
  • QA checks need to be carried out across multiple Web Browsers, Operating Systems, Devices (Mobile, Tablet and Desktop) and Compatibility testing by keeping the Quality quotient high and adhering to daily deliverable timelines.
  • Documentation of issues: Logs issues (build or technical), executes fixes (as needed) and monitors status. 
  • Document processes and best practices
  • Holds feedback sessions with stakeholders as consult (provide context/reinforce change guidelines)
  • Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously with varying levels of definition across Site Merch, Content and Creative
  • Conducts live site QA and fix for special events (as needed basis)
  • Supports war room support for peak.
  • Participates in captainships and stretch assignments. 
  • Provide data analysis, deliver insights, and monitor trends.

About you: 

Requirements:

  • Graduation in Business Administration / Engineering with relevant experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in QA/Testing or Equivalent
  • Experience working on Issue / Bug tracking tools (JIRA, BugZilla, etc.)
  • Strong guest focus with a good understanding of Guest mindset for Online Browsing
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Should be flexible in terms of stretch assignments / weekend support.
  • Adapt to new business requirements and timelines.
  • Learn new technologies and optimize processes.

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Testing experience
  • 2+ years of interactive ecommerce work experience
  • Education in bachelor’s degree / Engineering Computer Science
  • Experience in Publishing, e Commerce, Web & Mobile,
