We’re looking for a business systems analyst to join our ranks. You will help drive the success of our core product offerings and focus on building out business capabilities. You will engage directly with internal stakeholders and business areas to translate business demands into requirements and actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with subject matter experts to analyze and document current system states and processes
  • Meticulously gather and document business requirements, emphasizing customer and support staff needs; collaborate with workstream leads to prioritize these requirements in line with phased objectives
  • Communicate business requirements effectively with external vendors
  • Partner with QA and business areas to develop detailed use cases to guide UAT test plans. Verify the developed features meet the defined acceptance criteria
  • Partner with internal product solutions teams to identify and enhance Agile process efficiencies. Actively participate in retrospectives to provide insights into areas of improvement Lead cross-departmental initiatives for launching new product extensions
  • Act as a bridge between the solutions team and business teams to ensure clear communication with particular focus on requirements

  • Willingness to learn and explore new ecosystems, including basic applications, data sources, and APIs, with foundational or budding knowledge of technology
  • Creative and detail-oriented problem solver
  • Comfortable working independently, but also an adaptable team player
