Executive Director, Clinical Program Management 2015676

Location: Cambridge, MA (Hybrid)

Therapeutic Areas: Immuno-oncology

Job Overview: This role will be responsible for bridging the gap between the scientific and clinical teams. The focus will be on developing and managing comprehensive strategic plans that encompass various functions, such as non-clinical, clinical, CMC, and regulatory, both internally and with strategic partners.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop the integrated project plan through proof-of-concept for our clinical assets.
  • Support the CMO in development of program strategy for clinical and translational development by planning and tracking activities in biomarker strategy, translational endpoints, clinical planning and operations, pharmacology, and drug supply.
  • Work with sub-teams in manufacturing, clinical operations, safety, translational medicine, and regulatory to ensure that functional activities are fully integrated into the clinical development plan and support indication expansion and regulatory approval.
  • Identify and drive awareness of key deliverables for each function and their interdependencies to ensure the most efficient, high-quality path to proof-of-concept towards registration

Primary Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree required and an advanced degree in a healthcare-related field or business preferred. Scientific background strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of Project Management and industry experience in the Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical Industry. Direct experience in at least one of the functions related to drug development: clinical development, clinical operations, translational research/operations, or regulatory role required
  • 3+ years of direct experience in leading program management activities in early and/or full clinical development required
  • 5+ years of oncology experience required.
  • Strong understanding of other functions relevant to the position which includes Research, Translational, Clinical, Manufacturing, Drug Supply Management, and Regulatory
