  • Sr. Marketing Specialist - LATAM

Overview

  • As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth for Blue Yonder in the LATAM region, by working closely with our Senior Marketing Manager to implement a wide range of marketing tactics including events, webinars, email marketing, paid digital, content syndication, and other strategies to generate a strong pipeline for our sales team.
  • You will collaborate across various stakeholders; including industry, product marketing, business development and sales teams to align on the end-to-end components of integrated demand generation programs and ensure execution across multiple channels. Additionally, you will provide administrative support for the marketing activities in the region.

Scope:

  • Working cross-functionally with the marketing, sales, business development, industry strategy, product marketing, and product management team, you will implement and track compelling go-to-market plans that drive pipeline, revenue, and new business for Latin America.
  • The role scope is for LATAM with a focus across Retail and Manufacturing industries.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager LATAM to execute marketing strategies tailored to the LATAM market, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Plan, organize, and promote events and webinars in the LATAM region to engage with potential customers and partners.
  • Create, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns.
  • Execute content creation and syndication strategies to increase brand visibility and thought leadership in the region.
  • Implement lead generation initiatives to grow our customer base and drive sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth in the LATAM market.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to marketing activities, including budget tracking, vendor management, and coordination of marketing materials.
  • Learn and understand Blue Yonder’s client base, the decision-making process and how lead generation should best address and support our ideal customer profile and key sales stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

  • 3-5 years in marketing in a variety of roles including demand generation and field marketing
  • Fluent in English and Spanish a must, Portuguese is a plus
  • Prior experience working closely with the sales team, preferably within a SaaS company is highly desired
  • Proven track record of successfully launching, managing, and tracking 1:few and 1:many marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and booked revenue
  • Proven experience in executing marketing tactics such as events, webinars, email marketing, paid digital and content syndication.
  • Knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing, demand generation, marketing automation, lead conversion and nurturing programs
  • Experience creating campaign briefs and working with a creative team to translate the vision into a creative concept
  • A strong proponent of marketing technology and operations.
  • Depth of experience in project management and driving results across cross-functional teams is key.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and executive presence, with the ability to develop positive and professional relationships with cross functional teams across domestic and international markets
  • Positive, self-starter with a drive to succeed and comfortable with high levels of ambiguity in a quickly changing business environment
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a metrics-oriented marketing environment, comfortable with analytics, metrics and working within automation tools such as Marketo, SFDC or similar
  • Experience with marketing tools such as 6Sense, Triblio, DemandBase, etc. is a plus
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Some travel required
