Summary:

As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and performance standards. This role includes creating detailed architectural plans and documentation for cloud security controls, ensuring a smooth transition to cloud security-managed operations. The position requires continuous evaluation and refinement of security measures to support business needs while maintaining operational efficiency and resilience in a dynamic cloud environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of security strategies that protect cloud infrastructure and data assets.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure security requirements are integrated into all phases of cloud adoption.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team capability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevSecOps.
• Experience with cloud security frameworks and architecture design.
• Strong knowledge of security controls implementation and management in cloud environments.
• Ability to document complex security architectures and operational procedures clearly.
• Familiarity with automation tools and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines in a security context.
• Understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to cloud security.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevSecOps.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
