Summary:

As the Manager, Customer Marketing, you will act as the key liaison between Sales and Marketing teams and the point of contact to other functional departments. The incumbent is responsible for developing and communicating sales strategies and selling stories that drive excellent sales execution, customer growth and business results. You will be managing Thailand and Vietnam markets in all 5 categories of SC Johnson (SCJ).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with marketing team to develop category specific business strategies that drive business results
  • Develop in-store deal /promotion and trade channel strategies ensuring that these are
  • aligned with brand strategies
  • Provide trade / sales inputs (pack size, shelf ready packaging, launch timeline, etc.) in the New Product Development (NPD) process
  • Conduct market analysis and sales analysis through basic data processing
  • Deliver transparent information and communication to the sales force and distributors to improve their relationship with accounts and provide them with best practices and tools

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s in Economic, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in commercial roles within the FMCG industry
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Head of Customer Marketing
  • People management experience and commercial savvy
  • Computer literate
