As a Senior Content Marketing Associate, you have lots of content ideas grounded in research, field feedback, and analysis of trends in the marketplace. What you’ll be doing:

This role reports to the Manager, Downstream Marketing, and together you will be responsible for Content Marketing for all stages of the customer lifecycle supporting the Ambulatory Cardiac Monitoring Portfolio. This position will serve as a marketing representative and work closely with cross-functional teams to explore, innovate, create new content, improve existing content, and execute go-to-market launches/promotions.

A successful candidate will be the author behind the Ambulatory Cardiac Monitoring portfolio and will be a creative thinker with an editorial mindset. Experience in storytelling and creating relevant content for the business and products is a must. A strong writing background with the ability to convert technical and clinical data into creative marketing assets is strongly preferred.

This role will be based locally and work hybrid remotely and in the Bellevue office 3 days per week.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute marketing and sales content programs by working closely with cross-functional teams to develop ideas to increase portfolio awareness and prospect/customer engagement
  • Manage content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets
  • Develop a business editorial calendar and deliver engaging content regularly
  • Edit, proofread, and improve content
  • Create marketing assets and campaign materials including but not limited to sell sheets, issue briefs, solution briefs, thought leadership articles, emails, landing pages, and other sales enablement collaterals
  • Develop, execute, and optimize promotional and marketing campaigns with the downstream marketing associate across online and offline channels, including but not limited to SEO/SEM, Social, Direct Mail, email nurture, and tradeshows
  • Conduct and analyze marketing and customer research (quantitative and/or qualitative) to derive insights to drive new content and marketing program efforts
  • Work with creative and marketing vendors to ensure deliverables are met on time and on budget
  • Contribute to Marketing team effort by accomplishing any additional related tasks as needed

Required Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, PR or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, or experience in a related role
  • Proven work experience as a content marketer
  • Strong work knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Hubspot Inbound Marketing – Content Marketing Certificate a plus
  • Excellent communication and writing skills for long and short-form content
  • Proactive approach with strong personal initiative and taking ownership of tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills: outgoing, energetic person with a can-do attitude
  • Strong time and project management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $76,000 to $104,500 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses.
