Job Summary:

Tuvli, an Akima company, is hiring for a PPO Video Graphics Production Specialist to support our DoS client located in Washington, DC.

The Specialists will be required to produce audiovisual materials that are incorporated or provide the framework for GEC threat and functional team informational products. As artists, the specialist will provide expert advice and technical support about how to present information that is engaging to GEC’s current and potential partner and other audiences as well.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Produce video and graphic products that support GEC’s threat and functional teams. These products will range from infographics, short videos, to developing and designing weekly email HTML newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, and graphic content for websites.
  • Develop and create content for the SharePoint site.
  • Using Analytic tools to build digital mappings for GEC, Like Tableau and Power BI.
  • While the specialist will not create the factual content, they will be responsible for developing options about how best to present the content in ways that aesthetically pleasing and promote intuitive understanding.
  • Most products will be created in English, but the specialist will need to be able to work with a translator to created products in other languages when required.
  • The specialist will likely be assigned portfolio of supporting one or two threat or functional teams.
  • The specialist may be assigned projects outside of their initial portfolio depending upon the section’s workload and organizational priorities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • The video graphics production specialist must have a record of creative accomplishment and a portfolio of audiovisual work to show.
  • Proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Apple Motion, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Cinema 4D is required.
  • Two to three years of experience in online audiovisual production and communications is highly desirable.
  • Ideal video graphics specialists will have a strong artistic background performed in foreign media environments. Should have personal and professional experience using social media and be fluent with the platforms that are most used in their region of expertise.
  • Expertise with current extremist and state-sponsored messaging narratives and techniques.
  • Active Secret security clearance.

Posted Salary Range

$135000-$145000
