We are currently looking for a Technical Helpdesk Advisor (m/f/d) to support a premium brand in Cologne!
The Technical Helpdesk Advisor provides expert assistance in the diagnosis of complex technical issues for an international automobile & motorcycle manufacturer. You will be supporting the dealer network in the UK, GER, NO, DK with the aim of quickly resolving customer complaints.
