The Opportunity with McKinstry
We are adding a Senior Talent Development Consultant to our growing Talent Development division in Seattle, WA.
We are looking for someone who loves building connections with others and empowering people to be their best. That enjoys strategizing, consulting, and creating or sourcing programming for our employees across different departments – and making sure those programs stick and run smoothly. To be successful, you must have 8+ years of experience in HR and Talent, Learning, and Development with expertise in change management and enterprise-wide curriculum development. A bonus would be deep experience in instructional design and expertise in career development and performance management.
As a consultant to the business, you will work closely with business leaders to understand their needs. In this role, you will advise customers through the evolving talent development initiatives. As a member of our Human Resources department, you will strategize with business and HR leaders to solve day-to-day problems with holistic programmatic solutions. The Senior Talent Development Partner also leads all phases of the talent transformation project lifecycle from its design to deployment.
In partnership with the Talent Development team, you will make an impact by creating new projects like the design of multi-level development programs and strategies. You will then develop and facilitate the instructional materials for training designs and participant materials for live, e-learning, and virtual training.

The pay range for this position is $80,100 - $134,400 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
