The Talent Scout is responsible for the proactive sourcing of external candidates for the Field within the marketplace. This role will engage with Recruiting Managers and the business to identify, develop, and execute effective sourcing strategies that fuel the candidate pipeline. The Talent Scout is a Banana Republic Ambassador that uses innovative sourcing and networking techniques to support our overall external talent priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Employs creative sourcing methods to discover talent
  • Manages relationships with Recruiters and candidates to ensure a positive experience
  • Delivers a diverse candidate slate to Recruiters to support the needs of the business
  • Consultative on industry trends including competitive market intelligence
  • Partners with Recruiters to develop sourcing strategies for current and future needs
  • Subject matter expert on Applicant Tracking System and CRM tool
  • Ability to flex and work within both channels offering sourcing support as needed
  • Responsible for all social media recruiting aspects
  • Travels as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or 3+ equivalent business experience
  • Considerable knowledge required for resolution of moderately complex problems in technical/operational fields where external assistance may not be immediately available or modification of existing operational/technical processes will not solve the problem
  • Knowledge of EEO, ADA, and employment laws
