Our Support and Deployment Services organization is seeking to fill a full-time position of SeniorProcess Consultant as part of the Global Process Engineering team. As a key member on the Process Engineering team, you will be responsible for Digitizing processes that enables Process Transformation and recommend changes to Operating models working closely with cross functional teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand the architecture and connection points of Dell’s Support and Deployment processes, products and policies
  • Act as the go-to person to solve problems quickly and efficiently; Use problem solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems
  • Enable process transformation by digitizing processes within Software AG ARIS platform and act as the SME for other business users
  • Be the go to person for Scenario Modeling / What-if Analysis / Simulations
  • Work collaboratively with Data and Analytics teams across SDS for seamless integration of data/metrics into the process improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze complex support flows and provide recommendations for process, policy and product improvements in interconnected global environments.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to improve the Support experience for internal as well as external customers
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders through transparency and partnership


Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Engineering Management and / or related field is required
  • 8+ years’ experience in Management Consulting, Support Operations, Process Engineering or equivalent team
  • 4+ years of experience initiating and driving Business Process Re-engineering efforts to completion with minimal guidance
  • 4+ years of experience doing Business Process Mapping, Analysis, Value Stream Mapping (VA / NVA), FMEAs, Scenario Modelling

  • Organized, detail oriented and possess excellent interpersonal communication skills with a proven ability to foster communication and collaboration across departments and across a wide range of skill sets, using a variety of approaches.
  • Proven ability to be creative and effective in finding solutions to complex problems, balancing immediate and long-term needs
