ROLE DESCRIPTION:

SAP Nordics offers an exciting role to work with the digital transformation with some of the most complex enterprise customers in the Nordics.

 

To succeed in this role, the successful Senior Solution Sales Executive will create a complete strategic business plan together with the Nordic sales leadership team and execute on it, with some of the brightest people in the market, as well as the best solutions ever possible. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

  • Creates a complete and powerful strategic business plan
  • Leads the sale via first action modus, targeting new prospects
  • Can within a very short time establish brilliant strategic business relationships with key decision makers
  • Works with SAP stakeholders to drive pipeline & close deals
  • Leads efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment with new clients
  • Identify strategic roadmap in conjunction with customer or prospects

 

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Industry expert within Banking and/or Insurance
  • 10+ years of experience in selling world class solutions to highly competitive enterprises
  • Experience in targeting CxO’s, discussing strategic initiatives and propose solutions that leverage the SAP value proposition
  • Proven track record in target achievement and solutions sales
  • Clear understanding of documented business processes in the financial Services Industry

 

SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, EDUCATION, AND QUALIFICATION:

  • World class sales skills – they can’t be taught – you are a born sales executive who understands sales
