Position Summary: Applications are invited for consideration for the position of Head Women’s Soccer Coach at Yeshiva University. This is a part-time position responsible for all aspects of leading an NCAA Division III women’s soccer program. Position Responsibilities: This includes but is not limited to:

  • Recruitment of prospective student-athletes
  • Student-athlete development
  • Training sessions
  • Match Preparation
  • Supervision of assistants
  • Scheduling
  • Purchasing of equipment
  • Monitoring the academic status of student-athletes

The head coach will also be responsible for working with athletics staff to support and uphold the philosophy, goals, and mission of both the university and the YU athletics program

Experience & Education Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • A commitment to knowledge of NCAA Division III rules and regulations
  • A minimum of two years of collegiate coaching experience is preferred, or three years at the high school or club level
  • A commitment to working closely with the department’s recruiting coordinator on identifying and building relationships with Yeshiva High School and international recruits

Skills & Competencies:

  • Demonstrated ability to establish good rapport and effective working relationships with student-athletes, coaches, staff, and alumni
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and maintain a flexible work schedule.

Salary Range: $14,000 - $15,000 About Us:
