· Develop and set up competency models starting from BU and extend to all functions
· Identify training needs by assessing current organization on key competencies and skills to support BU operations (sales reps., DM, RSM, and BU heads)
· Identify effective and proper resources, (GC, cooperate, and external) to develop and programs with execution
· Provide effective way in managing training schedule, pre-training preparation, at-training involvement, and post-training performance/follow-up to support employee development
· Ensure the understanding and execution of Filed Visit Standard and CRM in BUs
· 7+ years of relevant work experiences. Plus if 1) sales and marketing training 2) MNC healthcare companies
· Effective communicator with influence and passion
· Good interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build trusting business relationships.
· Able to work effectively with multi-functional teams or matrix organization.
· Fluency in English reading, writing and spoken. Effectively presentation including mastering Microsoft office (Excel, PPT, etc. ).
