Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite

This is a permanent hybrid role.

What you will do:

1. Inventory Control and Operational Management

  • Regular monitoring of stock levels at Venlo and Moscow warehouses.
  • Conducting reconciliations and inventory counts to maintain 100% data accuracy in 1C.
  • Investigating discrepancies and initiating corrective actions.
  • Tracking turnover, identifying slow- and non-moving stock and defining actions for liquidation.
  • Monitoring expiration dates and blocking shipments of products nearing expiry.

2. Replenishment and Order Management

  • Creating replenishment orders for the buffer warehouse from Venlo or directly from the manufacturer, considering applicable constraints.
  • Tracking order status and resolving issues during transport and customs clearance.
  • Coordinating with Customer Service and Logistics to identify alternative supply routes.
  • Prioritizing deliveries based on demand analysis and strategic product importance.
  • Optimizing order quantities with respect to logistics constraints such as lead times, minimum order quantities and freight.

3. Forecasting and Analytics

  • Building demand forecasts based on historical data, sales plans and marketing initiatives.
  • Scenario planning for various risks such as supply disruptions, demand spikes or product phase-out.
  • Calculating and updating safety stock levels per SKU, considering market and logistics risks.
  • Identifying bottlenecks in the supply chain and proposing improvement measures.
  • Preparing regular analytical reports (turnover, forecast accuracy, shortage risks).

4. Asset Management and ROI

  • Monitoring the performance of deployed assets (LTC, Demo, Consignment) with a focus on return on investment.
  • Conducting regular reviews of sleeping / non-performing consignment and initiating redistribution actions.
  • Preparing and supporting business cases (CER) for new investments and calculating expected ROI.
  • Aligning new placements with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain, ensuring proper storage and rotation of kits.
  • Reducing excess assets through portfolio optimization and return of unused items.

5. Collaboration and Communication

  • Internal: working with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Compliance, Logistics and Finance to coordinate plans, priorities and scenarios.
  • External: communication with distributors regarding deliveries, returns and consignment.
  • Participation in cross-functional projects (Phase-in / Phase-out, PLCM, Inventory Optimization).

6. Accountability

  • Achieving target service levels.
  • Ensuring accuracy of inventory data and timely updates.
  • Managing stock turnover and minimizing obsolete items.
  • Ensuring ROI of assets placed under LTB / Demo / Consignment.
  • Compliance with internal regulations, quality standards and Compliance / SOX / FCPA requirements.

What you will need:

  • Degree
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to build and analyze Pivot Tables.
  • Creation of charts and clear data visualizations.
  • Confident use of key formulas such as VLOOKUP, SUM, IF, COUNT, INDEX/MATCH.
  • Ability to structure, clean and analyze large data sets.
