We are looking for a (Human Resources Executive) HR Executive to join our team and implement various human resources programs.

About the Role 

  • In charge of talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Arrange E-learning training tasks assigned by Company
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Build a good relationship with universities and organize activities such as Job Fair, Workshop,
  • Keep track of the Onboarding and Off-boarding process.
  • Manage HR system: control and check timesheet system, manage annual leave of employees
  • Work with the internal Creative team to execute HR Activities
  • Support for Company trips, Monthly parties, Year-end party, rewards…

What You’ll Need 

  • At least 3 years of working experience (experience working for Agency is a plus)
  • Has vital communication skills (presentation, negotiation)
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
  • Has a good sense of art: able to brief, judge, and give constructive feedback for creative teams to deliver high-quality visuals/creative for projects.
  • Possesses a high degree of English competency
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
