ERM Digital Services is seeking a Senior EHS&S Management Systems Consultant based in California to join our global practice. The successful candidate will have strong EHS&S Management Systems software solutions experience, in addition to EHS subject matter expertise. This position will assume a pivotal role in shaping a growing technology solutions practice. In this position, you will provide intelligent and sustainable solutions that foster strategic Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability and overall business objectives. The successful candidate will be an experienced IT professional with effective client communication skills, and experience implementing EHS&S Management systems.

The primary purpose of this position is to apply EHS&S subject matter knowledge to effectively work with key clients by assisting them with their EHS&S Management software selection, implementation, system integration, training, rollout, support, maintenance, and improvements. As the EHS&S Management Systems Consultant, you will be a valuable player amongst a diverse team of professionals that are fast-paced and streamlined to address business growth, daily business operations and environmental issues. You will work in an environment that promotes proactive cooperation and motivates individuals to maintain a positive attitude in order to consistently deliver quality services and technical solutions that meet business requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evaluates EHS&S Management software systems available on the market, including assisting clients with system requirements and system selection.
  • Implements EHS&S Management Systems software for clients worldwide. Assist with system configuration, integration, training, rollout, support, maintenance, and improvements.
  • Leads consultant teams that configure/deploy environmental health, safety and sustainability solutions; specific activities include publishing system design documents, configuring components within the solution, analyzing/migrating data, and developing custom reports/dashboards and automated interfaces. 
  • Supports consultant teams that develop environmental compliance solutions with drafting system design documents, configure technical specifications, analyze/migrate data, and develop automated custom reporting functionality. 
  • Engages in system support and training documentation teams, prepares and presents training to internal consultants and client system users.
  • Facilitates management of change issues with the adoption of new information systems. 
  • Provides advice on different EHS&S Management systems in response to specific data, organizational and operational requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in an EHS related field.
  • Enablon, Intelex, Cority, Sphera, SAP EHSM, ProcessMap, or other EHS&S software systems knowledge and experience.
  • Diversified information technology experience and sound knowledge of EHS software, methodologies, domains and technology required. (Environmental Compliance, Industrial Hygiene and Safety, Occupational Health, Occupational Hygiene, Audit Management, Incident Management & Risk Assessment)
  • Ability to travel as needed.
