About the role

The Accounts Receivable Intern will assist daily sales operation of Accounts Receivable transaction such as sales documentation, deposit, collection etc. The internship position will be based in our Bangkok Office, Thailand. 

What You Will Do

  • To support the daily operation of Accounts Receivable transaction such as deposit, collection, issuing invoice, tax invoice and receipt billing process.
  • Output tax filling, and filling receives voucher and others.
  • Balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Ad-hoc administrative support to the finance team or other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Project specifics:

  • Learning the nature of international and domestic trading business.
  • Accounting standard and tax point for trading business.
  • Government documents requirement.

What You Bring

  • Third or Fourth-year undergraduate or an ongoing master’s degree in Accountancy is preferred.
  • Knowledge VAT and withholding would be advantage.
  • Hands-on multitasking
  • Proficient in MS office.
  • Experience in Oracle Netsuite Accounting system will be an advantage.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Programme Period:

  • Available for 2 to 4 months for 40 hours a week
  • Others will be considered as appropriate.
