Responsible for the introductory training of Agents and inbound TSR’s assigned to telemarketing inhouse group, teaching them product knowledge, compliance knowledge, and basic skills for outbound and inbound operations, and encouraging them to make an early debut.
Analyze the operations of Agents with poor performance and encourage them to improve their sales skills through the development and implementation of follow-up training programs.
Collaborate with department manager to execute operations based on DM Division’s policies and strategies.
Conducting introductory training for new agents and inbound TSRs
Follow-up after introductory training
Development and modification of introductory training programs and materials
Review of the program and verification of effectiveness after completion of introductory training
Performance analysis of existing agents and material development
Follow-up training for existing agents
Follow-up training program and effectiveness verification of materials
Creation and reporting of assigned business reports, participation in internal meeting.

(Visualize business) Develop business overall information sheet.
(Compliance & Governance) Manage appropriate solicitation and keep best governance based on IBA and company regulation.
