Job Description:

The Marketing Writer/Strategist will be responsible for extending the reach of Dimensional’s public presence by developing and implementing initiatives that promote the firm’s thought leadership and philosophy through a wide range of investment-related writing. The Writer/Strategist will collaborate within Marketing and across departments—including investment professionals and sales executives—to coordinate and publish content that educates investors, attracts new leads, and helps us change the way the world views investing.


  • Oversee public presence strategies to achieve marketing goals
  • Create and edit content including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with investment/research teams, subject matter experts, and compliance
  • Work with digital and design teams to produce interesting and useful content
  • Administer all social media accounts
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and trends
  • Monitor user engagement and advise on content optimization
  • Train internal teams on how to best support public presence strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices


  • Bachelor degree required
  • Strong social media chops as a writer and social media coordinator/manager
  • Portfolio of concise and compelling content, including social media posts and campaigns
  • Skilled at interacting with a diverse group of senior stakeholders
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Resourceful and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment
  • Results-driven, highly collaborative
  • Ability to project-manage content, shepherding it through approvals and design processes
  • Experience describing financial markets and products in clear, direct language a major plus
