A Day in the Life:

As the HR Business Partner you will play an instrumental role in enabling leaders, across businesses and functions in Indonesia, to accelerate the execution of the business strategies and objectives.

You will cover a wide range of strategic, tactical and operational human resources matters within the Indonesian labor relation context. As needed in collaboration with our AskHR team and HR Centers of Expertise, i.e. Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Development, Total Rewards, Organization Development, Employee Relations. You control and influence the decision making based on active monitoring of the organization performance through data analytics and HR trends.

You will drive key areas such as strategic workforce planning, leadership capability development, diverse talent & succession planning, a performance-driven & inclusive (“matrix collaborative”) culture, employee value proposition, and continuous transformation for growth. You coach, partner, advise, and intervene towards solutions with composure, creativity and clarity in the end.

Title of the documentMust haves:
  • Relevant Bachelor or Master degree.
  • HR technical competencies in all areas (especially employee relations, change management, organization development, talent management).
  • Well developed, matured judgment and decision making skill.
  • Strong interpersonal influence management, stakeholder/ relationship management, problem solving and coaching skills.
  • Demonstrated effective management skills in a highly matrix organization.
  • Culturally sensitive and adaptable.
  • Self-organized, action-oriented, and strong execution.
  • Leverage others and is collaborative to ensure team success.
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity.
