What we can offer you! - Your Role:

For our Eastern European Technical Support team we are hiring a fresh, experienced mind for this very challenging supporting role in a very fast growing business and within a high performing team as Technical Sales Consultant / Konsultant ds. technicznego wsparcia sprzedaży

As Technical Sales Consultant / Konsultant ds. technicznego wsparcia sprzedaży you will provide technical support and advice to our North Eastern European customers, regarding applications, conversion and installations. You will handle the technical aspects of our major product launches into the market, provide appropriate technical advice to customers / end users to support business development. In addition, you support sales force by educating them on technical issues.

The position is based at our Distribution Center in Prusków, Poland and will involve extensive travelling (+70%) within North Eastern Europe.

Reporting to our Technical Sales Manager Eastern Europe based in Prague, Czech Republic

Activities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Work in collaboration with our sales team to develop and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external customers and suppliers – being the main company technical contact for our customer technical departments
  • Develop strong relationships with and provide active support to your target converters, Business development included
  • Advise our customers on the choice of product/new constructions based on the best fit to customer needs, most competitive and profitable solutions from our portfolio pressure sensitive adhesive materials
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and quickly resolve issues encountered by our customers – printing, adhesives, conversion, label application, etc.
  • Training to internal sales people and selected customer personnel on new products, applications and technical developments
  • Organizing application workshops at distributor sites, step-by-step training followed by certification process

Qualifications

What we expect from you! - Your Expertise:

  • University degree in Engineering with focus to printing technologies or production processes is preferred
  • Previous work experience of 3+ years in a technical support, research and development or (technical) sales position within an international organisation is important
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, and Polish both spoken and written; additional North Eastern European languages such as Russian are a plus
  • Experience in printing and/or packaging/labeling technology market, ideally in targeted markets is more than welcome
  • Knowledge of self-adhesive materials for label industry, printing technologies and/or labeling solutions is beneficial
  • Creativity and innovation, entrepreneurial spirit for growing the business
  • Perform well under pressure and be able to manage a number of key tasks at a time
  • High degree of accuracy, good time-management and priority setting skills are important
  • Energetic, dedicated and enthusiastic work approach combined with strong self management (work remotely) to meet deadlines and to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Strong cultural empathy and team-player, relationship-building attitude to operate in complex multinational organization
  • Valid Driving licence
