Key Responsibilities

 

Direct Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent responsibilities are to ensure all Hygiene & Sanitation Policy & Procedure are adhered to & improvement are in place. To lead all team member in accordance to the P&P compliance, facilitating learning process to all new colleagues/trainee, as well as giving refresher to all parties. Leading & conducting Internal audit to ensure consistency of performance & arrange monthly management meeting to update the Hotel progress status.

 

Requirements

 

  • Due to government limitation this position is open for Indonesian only
  • Background in Food Hygiene is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years' Experience in similar capacity in International Chain Hotel
  • Strong leadership Skill
  • Self-Driven, willing to hard work & able to work under pressure
  • Good analytical thinking & technology savvy
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • Facilitating skills & good interpersonal skills
  • Good proficiency in English both written & spoken
