RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process Polish payroll (approximately 1000 HC) in a timely manner, following agreed procedures and checklists.
  • May process payroll of other EMEA countries, depending on experience and needs - to be discussed with candidates
  • Audit accuracy of data inputs and make any necessary corrections.
  • Review reports for accuracy and submit for sign off.
  • Maintain daily relationships with the external payroll provider and cooperate to identify continuous improvement opportunities, and to resolve any payroll related issues.
  • Respond to queries from employees and managers in a complex way.
  • Build and/or update required payroll-related procedures and checklists for the country.
  • Stay in business relationship with Accounting and Treasury for the payroll posting and payroll payments.
  • Participate in payroll related projects.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

  • Thorough experience in conducting Polish payroll, especially from a corporate environment
  • Experience in dealing with payroll for other countries is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in English and Polish
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and work optimally.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written
  • Very good knowledge of Excel
