This work is currently divided among four (4) managers and ~45 staff distributed across five (5) markets in the US and EU. As a global, enterprise-wide team, internal customers include all business operating areas and the application and infrastructure teams which enable their work, and key partners are the leaders of each of these areas.
The Director of Operations & Services will supply oversight across this portfolio, from strategic direction through talent development & empowerment and on to day-to-day execution. In leading a “horizontal” service function, this role will require strong collaboration, problem-solving & cross-functional leadership skills, both internally and with external vendors/partners.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
10+ years of relevant experience.
5+ years of management experience.
