Job Description

Job title:

The role is responsible for providing project implementation and technical sales services in Asia Pacific hence need to travel 40-60% of the work.

Your role:

  • Provide implementation and on-going support services to new and existing customers.
  • Occasionally participate to technical support services for Asian Pacific customers.
  • Provide technical sales support for Capsule products to potential or existing customers through demonstration either onsite, at trade shows or via Webinar.
  • Work with prospects and customers to guide them in the selection and scaling of the Capsule solution which best suits their specific technical and infrastructure requirements (Qualification, Technical Workflow Requirements, Device Inventory, Test Labs, HIS, Integration proof-of-concept, scope, Services, etc.)
  • Perform feasibility study and solution designs when required. Execute onsite configuration/setup. Provide onsite end-user training.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and manage expectations with clear and effective communication.
  • Meet with customers to understand project objectives and coordinate activities and issues resolution.
  • Works collaboratively with Sales, Project Management and Support groups.
  • Problem-solving-oriented and able to articulate various solutions with pros and cons.
  • Escalate issues to Engineering and Support Management as appropriate.
  • Collaborate on technical content for sales proposals.

You're the right fit if:

  • Fluency is required in English and speak the native Thai language.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing application or integration projects and/or implementations.
  • Healthcare and analysis experience required working with Clinical Information Systems.
  • Good knowledge of network topologies and infrastructures.
  • Knowledge of HL7 and interface engines.
  • Technical troubleshooting.
  • Experience working in a hospital environment.
  • Basic knowledge of MS SQL Server.
  • The job requires business travel of 40-60%.
