To support this, Amazon is seeking an experienced and innovative people leader to serve as a Senior Manager of Program Management for WW WHS. In this role, you will lead a team of program managers to deliver large-scale, high-capex safety projects that create measurable improvements in workplace safety and build a world-class safety culture for Amazon.
This role will focus on leading the execution of multi-year, capital-intensive safety projects that span multiple Amazon Business Units (BUs) and geographies across North America and Europe. You will partner with Operations Engineering teams, Operations leadership, Procurement, Finance, and WHS stakeholders to deploy solutions such as automated truck unloading systems, adjustable height workstations, and cart redesigns. Your team will be responsible for delivering these projects on time, within budget, and to their full safety entitlement.
This Senior Manager will report to the Director of WHS Central Programs and work collaboratively across all Amazon BUs in NA and EU to deliver innovative safety solutions across our business. This position requires travel up to approximately 20% for critical site deployments and cross-site meetings.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
