KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible to ensure high standard performance in Rooms Division in accordance to the Company Standard. Ensure consistency in service area for the guests at all times
  • <span style="color: black; line-height: 107%; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">To provide guest services as well as supervision, direction and leadership in the Rooms division in accordance with the objectives and performance and quality standards established by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts
  • Business Development strategies for the exixting market as well as developing new potential market
  • Nourish & motivate team to grow both in service quality & productivity

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 18 months experience in the similar capacity at International Chain Hotel
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • High proficiency in english both verball and written
  • Strong bussiness acumen and Guest oriented
  • Operations and quality driven
