  • Responsible to ensure high standard performance in Rooms Division in accordance to the Company Standard. Ensure consistency in service area for the guests at all times

  • Business Development strategies for the exixting market as well as developing new potential market
  • Nourish & motivate team to grow both in service quality & productivity



  • Minimum 18 months experience in the similar capacity at International Chain Hotel
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • High proficiency in english both verball and written
  • Strong bussiness acumen and Guest oriented
  • Operations and quality driven
