Location: Munich 

This is a hybrid position primarily based in Munich. A role you will love 

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager you will be working with our Technology Services team to partner with the global business. 

In this role you will be the focal point for driving product lifecycle from strategic planning to successful launch and iteration. Bridging business strategy and technical development, the role delivers high-impact products that fuel growth through deep customer centricity. Leading with vision and flawless execution, the Product Manager expands Computershare’s offerings while guiding regional agile teams to timely delivery against key metrics.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Shape product strategy and roadmaps that align to business goals for Continental Europe and Germany, resulting in consolidated offerings and elevated strategic position.
  • Define compelling product features aligned to customer needs, competitive offerings and industry direction to drive market share and revenue growth across regions.
  • Lead agile development process from ideation to successful product launch and iteration, evidenced by on-time delivery, product adoption and customer growth.
  • Foster strong collaboration across functions by actively listening, communicating, and influencing senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Monitor technology and industry trends to identify innovation opportunities that differentiate our offerings in competitive global landscape.

What will you bring to the role? 

As this position sits within a technical function, you will need to have experience working in a technology environment. You will also need to be able to build great relationships through high quality stakeholder management at a global level.

You will be a collaborative person who enjoys working as part of a team. A keen eye for detail and problem solving is also key for the role. 

Some other key skills that you’ll have: 

  • Experience working in a similar Product Management role managing lifecycle product development.
  • Fluent in German (min C1)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge & experience in AGILE Frameworks (SCRUM).
  • Product or project experience that shows your ability to deliver against a strategy.
  • Experience working in a highly technical environment.
