Job Description:

As a Senior Housing Asset Manager, you will play a critical role in creating a state-of-the-art senior living

platform, maximizing the performance and value of our senior housing portfolio. Leveraging your

extensive experience in senior housing operations (or other adjacent sectors) and asset management, you

will work closely with investments, operator relationships to implement strategic initiatives, optimize

financial performance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services to residents.

Responsibilities:

Portfolio Oversight: Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for senior housing

properties within the portfolio, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care

communities.

Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and performance evaluations of senior housing

properties, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, monthly budget variance analysis,

revenue optimization strategies, expense management, and capital expenditure planning.

Operational Excellence: Collaborate with operator teams to implement operational best practices,

enhance resident satisfaction, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry

standards.

Asset Strategy: Develop and execute asset management strategies to enhance the value and

performance of senior housing properties, including repositioning initiatives, renovation projects,

and capital improvement plans.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and

competitive positioning within the senior housing market, informing investment decisions and

asset strategy.

Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with operating partners, vendors,

and other stakeholders to drive operational excellence and achieve investment objectives.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to property operations, market dynamics,

regulatory changes, and other factors that may impact the performance of senior housing assets.

Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports and updates on the performance of senior

housing properties for internal stakeholders, investors, and partners, providing insights and

recommendations for optimizing asset performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 7+ years of experience in asset management, financial planning and analysis or

operations.

Strong understanding of senior housing operations, including independent living, assisted living,

and memory care communities or other adjacent multi-location operations will be preferred.

Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing the portfolio performance and

managing to KPIs.

Excellent analytical skills and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze financial statements,

budgets, and performance metrics.

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute asset management strategies to drive value

creation and achieve investment objectives.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with

internal teams and external partners.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a

fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and property management software(s).
