Business Unit Name
Conducts clinical and/or surgical training and support pertaining to the technical use of company products to: customers, potential customers and sales representatives. (Customers typically include physicians, nurses, and other medical personnel.) Provides highly specialized technical training typically in a clinical and/or surgical environment. Develops, implements and maintains the product training manual, materials and programs. Advises management of any product or performance issues as they arise. Provides feedback and recommendations for product improvement, and potential new products with appropriate departments. Documents and reports any product failures or customer complaints. Makes recommendations to improve service and responsiveness to clients. • Primary responsibility is training in a clinical or surgical environment. This is not a sales position, however incentives/variable compensation may be tied to a sales program • May include travel, typically 30-70% of time
Product Support Engineer
Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge Other Desired Skills and Knowledge Required Certifications and Training Obtains and completes LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibility. Experience Level with Business Tools Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired. Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) and 5 years of related experience or Masters Degree with 3 years of related experience.
