The Quality Enablement function is responsible for all initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing the delivery of high quality audits, consistently across the Africa Region.

Overall objective of the role – To support and report directly to the Quality Enablement Leader on all quality initiatives, with extensive focus on monitoring activities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Take lead in all administrative aspects for the QEL department and provide support to the QEL including setting up of meetings, taking minutes and tracking and communicating actions.
  • Act as an administrator on the QEL Sharepoint site.
  • Assist in preparing slides for the Q&RB meetings, Quality Deep dives and monthly QEL network calls.
  • Extraction of data and reports across various firm databases including Mercury, Canvas, PACE, Consultation system etc. as well as data analyses and interpretation for reporting purposes.
  • Assist the Senior Project manager with collating information for the manager and partner quality performance process.
  • Manage and monitor the Executive involvement mainstream project.
  • Execute some aspects of, manage and monitor the AQI (Audit Quality indicators) mainstream project.
  • Manage and monitor the Monthly QEL monitoring mainstream project.
  • Assist the Senior Project manager with operational matters relating to Manager Peer Review, Global Coaching and Hot File reviews.
  • The Role is expected to constantly change as quality processes become evolve.
