In Group Payments Solution our ambition is to be every European client’s first choice for payments. The Payments team is responsible to develop payments and cash management solutions focusing on customer needs – from retail to large corporate; we are fully involved in exploiting new and innovative ways to better support our customers in managing their daily payment operations.
Cosa farai
The identified resource will be involved in
- Leading product development projects aiming at supporting and developing the Group Strategy on payments
- Working on high priority and cross countries initiative, with special focus on International Payments solutions and value-added service for Corporate & Financial Institutions clients and for Retail customers
- Developing High Value and International payments platforms with a specific focus on Multi Currency Payment systems and related FX management
- Management end-to-end of transactional products and services (i.e., payment and collection, reporting services, currency conversions, ebanking, etc.) lifecycle, from ideation to execution, commercialization and maintenance
- Definition of product concept and customer value proposition (i.e. user experience, pricing, process, contracts, controls, reporting, etc..)
- Manage projects timeline ensuring a proper time to market in cooperation with all internal stakeholders and set-up the product commercialization phase
- Update and maintenance of the product catalogue
- Continuous monitoring of products / services adoption, pricing & profitability KPIs
Cosa ti occorre
- Solid experience in product development activities and strong knowledge of payment & cash management products / value chain
- Expertise in High Value/International payments and Multi Currency/FX payments
- Good knowledge of retail payments
- Experience in project management activities
- Ability to work autonomously within a team and good communication skills
- Motivated, proactive, problem-solving approach with an open and flexible mind-set
- Dynamic and creative person, able to adapt to any professional environment and to perform in complex situations
- Innovation oriented
- University degree, English fluent and advances usage of office package (Excel, powerpoint, etc.)
- Experience: min. 5 – 7 years
