Senior Engineer ServiceNow Integrations

Why you?

  • Designing, developing, and deploying integrations in support of enterprise ServiceNow initiatives
  • Engaging with technical teams to build and document functional and technical requirements for complex integrations
  • Maintaining and modernizing existing integrations.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation
  • Working in a Scrum-based Agile development process that is light on documentation and meetings and heavy on coding
  • Support delivery of the platform strategy and roadmap working with the Platform Architect
  • Provide technical assistance to improve system performance, capacity, reliability, and scalability
  • Perform root cause analysis of incidents and suggest corrective actions.

Qualifications & Skills

Basic Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • The successful candidate is a driven, self-starter and forward thinker that has diverse skills in DevOps and ServiceNow,
  • Minimum eight years of experience in application development and the delivery of information technology service management and enterprise service management applications and solutions; 3 or more years with the ServiceNow platform
  • System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, JSON, HTTP, REST/SOAP
  • Demonstrated Agile, Scaled Agile, Kanban experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • ServiceNow Foundations training
  • ServiceNow certified system administrator – CSA
  • ServiceNow certified application developer - CAD
  • ITIL v3 or v4 Foundations Certification
  • SAFe certification a plus
  • Lean, 6 sigma process improvement
