THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Director, Product Design to lead UX and UI across Herbalife’s core digital platforms used by millions of distributors and customers globally. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for setting design vision, building internal design capability, and partnering closely with Product and Engineering to deliver intuitive, scalable digital experiences. This role will play a key part in re-establishing an internal product design capability following a period of external partnership, requiring strong foundational leadership as well as hands-on execution.
