About the team

TikTok's Global Business Team aims to help businesses and brands unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth. We provide strategic input and run high-impact campaigns to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips.

Client Partner - Media&Entertainment, Korea is a position that successfully executes media sales role by introducing, delivering and selling TikTok advertising products and solutions to key clients within webtoon and entertainment industries. This position requires driving consultative engagements with relevant clients in order to deliver revenue objectives and execute sales growth strategies. Ideal candidates are expected to have experience in media sales from IT, webtoon or entertainment industry, and/or have digital and performance marketing background.

Responsibilities

  • Give data-driven presentations and persuasive sales proposals that are optimized to webtoon/entertainment clients' business objectives
  • Plan and execute cold calls/mails, product training, and seminars to discover new clients
  • Maintain clear visibility on bimonthly sales status by managing strong partnerships with clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage key client's campaigns and budget

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or above
  • 4-10 years of sales experience in IT, webtoon or entertainment industry with knowledge in digital and performance marketing
  • Understanding of the local media advertising ecosystem with strong network within webtoon or entertainment industry
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to develop and maintain client relationships with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to plan and manage extensive advertising budgets & campaigns
  • Fluent in Korean with proficient English skills as you will need to speak to local and foreign clients.
