The Macquarie Capital Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team produces management reporting, forecasting and analysis to enable senior business leaders to make informed and data driven decisions.

What role will you play?

You will be responsible for preparation and analysis of monthly performance updates and management information to review the month end results, run rate analysis, portfolio analytics, as well as capital and funding usage. In addition, you will partner with stakeholders to drive the reporting and resolution of P&L queries, and you will assist in the development of financial and strategic plans and forecast models.

Salary range for this position: $110,000 - $135,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

  • 2+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis or similar function
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalent
  • CPA qualification or equivalent is preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
