What you will do

Reporting directly to the Finance Director you will lead 3-4 members team to prepare and review of financial plans, forecasts and results. Critical thinking ability of connecting issues to help develop sustainable solutions is required. To complete tasks and meet deadlines, the analyst must work independently, with financial systems (SAP/HFM) and build effective working relationships with manufacturing team and other business partners.

How you will do it

  • Lead the finance aspect of labor productivity, material efficiency, capacity optimization based on the standard cost goal. 
  • Suppress off standard costs by identifying the root causes and work with operations to eliminate the extra costs Lead factory’s actual closing, budgeting and forecasting cycles and provide related analysis for management review. Find/Manage risks and opportunities to drive profitable sales growth and productivity.
  • Manage the factory SGA and Cost of sales budgets and manage teams providing periodic reporting to department owners. Analyze and drive inventory to meet the budget. Reduce scrap, slow moving, and obso by providing insightful analysis 
  • Provide visibility and drive the result of the transition costs as well as the net productivity with USA + Mexico sites. Work with FP&A team to work on cost center to profit center transition Oversee parts finance operation (a.k.a. Source-one). 
  • Provide necessary finance support for the parts GM Performs special studies and analyses as needed. Ensure adherence to Corporate and Divisional accounting/internal control procedures, SOX compliance and reporting requirements.

What we look for

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance.
  • 8-12 years of experience; prefer strong cost accounting, cost-benefit analysis, and end-to-end financial analysis.
  • Advanced Skills in Microsoft suite, HFM - Hyperion Financial Management preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of internal controls and US GAAP accounting required.
  • Outstanding ability to communicate, motivate and partner with business operation leaders
  • Critical thinking to identify and resolve issues is a must.
