The IT Manager, Data & Analytics will be instrumental in leading the execution of business driven and IT enabled solutions to foster organizational growth and value expansion. Working within the Komatsu Americas Corporate IT group, this role will serve as a critical partner to various business segments and business functions, enabling stakeholders to harness the power of data-driven solutions and emerging technologies while continuously evolving data literacy, data management, and data governance practices. We are seeking a leader with proven expertise in business intelligence, data analytics, master data management and master data governance, and technology innovation, combined with strong business acumen to ensure solutions enable tangible business impact.
The IT Manager, Data & Analytics owns and governs Komatsu’s enterprise data and analytics platforms, including Palantir Foundry, Microsoft Power BI, Azure Synapse, and associated data engineering frameworks. This role ensures platform scalability, security, cost optimization, and business adoption while advancing enterprise data architecture standards and analytics maturity. This individual will lead a team to deliver data-driven insights and solutions that enable business growth and operational excellence. This role will collaborate with business and IT leaders across the organization to understand their needs and challenges, and to leverage data, emerging technologies, and best practices to create competitive advantages and drive business growth for Komatsu.
Hiring Range
At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $$160,000-$170,000. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location.
