RealPage is seeking a Vice President of Product to lead our Investment Management solution suite. This position reports to the SVP of Investment Management and works closely with delivery, customer success, sales, and engineering leaders to achieve key business objectives including net revenue growth, increased bookings, lower cost of operations, and reduced customer churn. Experience with B2B SaaS product for 3+ years, working with Commercial Real Estate or Data Analytics platforms is required.

Top priorities are to create and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of the overall product roadmap, maximizing efficiency of current technology while driving next generation innovation and customer outcomes. The ideal candidate for this role has extensive SaaS product ownership expertise in data and analytics, enjoys working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, has an uncanny ability to listen and engage prospects/customers and internal stakeholders, and loves solving problems. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a multi-year product strategy and roadmap to expand products and services within Investment Management. 
  • Oversee product development and quality assurance processes to ensure all customers receive quality products. 
  • Oversee the proper execution of product requirements documentation, prioritization, approval, delivery, and launch planning leveraging best practices in an agile framework. 
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the market to stay up to date with technology trends and competitive offerings. 
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand and solve business problems. 
  • Partner with delivery and customer success teams to manage at-risk clients by resolving product issues within SLAs, delivering product innovations to improve data management and governance, and providing high quality access to data through our applications and self-serve offerings. 
  • Develop annual revenue, capital, and expense budgets for all assigned departments. 
  • Ensure all financial, quality and service goals are achieved and maintained. 
  • Attract, mentor, and retain top talent to build a high performing product team. 
  • Develop qualitative and quantitative measures and report daily, weekly, and monthly performance. 
  • Continue to manage product innovation and market expansion in an aggressive yet purposeful way. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, product management, real estate, or relevant field. 
  • Experience with B2B SaaS product for 3+ years, working with Commercial Real Estate or Data Analytics platforms is required.
  • 10+ years of software product management experience, with 3+ years as a manager/leader. 
  • Proven ability to build and launch competitive, innovative, and differentiated products. 
  • A well-respected executive who has demonstrated success at attracting top talent, cultivating a culture for success, and motivating a best-in-class team through his or her executive presence. 
  • Demonstrated leadership in implementing product strategy processes across an organization and being accountable for execution. 
  • Innovative and creative at identifying new business approaches. 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentational skills at the executive level. 
  • Proven ability to successfully lead global teams. 
  • Strong mentoring skills in developing first-line managers. 
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and accounting practices. 
  • Flexible to work extended hours as required. 
  • Strong presentation and conflict resolution skills. 
  • Ability to travel as required for conferences, customer and team meetings.
