As a Talent Acquisition Specialist of Appier, your goal is to attract global top talents with to join us. - Expands and maintains the recruitment sourcing channels including but not limited to the internet-based hiring sites, consulting firms, headhunters, professional communities, universities and referrals.
- Manage the entire candidate journey and ensure that the candidate experience is one they will not forget
- Adopt a data-driven approach in improving the recruitment process for efficiency to meet hiring goals
- Verifies hiring needs and qualifications by collaborating with hiring managers.
- Conducts interviews and assessments for hiring critical and managerial positions; negotiating pay packages; performing reference checks.
- Plans and organises recruiting activities to develop employer branding and attract target candidates; evaluates the effectiveness of recruiting activities.
- Keeps up with industry knowledge and talent market news, responds fast to the market changes accordingly.
- Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.
- At least 3 years of talent acquisition experience in tech industry with exposure to the global tech startup scene.
- Proven placement track record in external recruitment agency.
- Demonstrated strong business acumen together with a good understanding of developers’ scene in Asia.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and high growth environment.
- Excellent skills in English communication and negotiation.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude in gaining results with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
- Enthusiastic about learning anything new.
