The Talent Acquisition (TA) team within Human Resources is responsible for promoting a positive image of Dell and recruiting new people to our global team. We take into account complex factors to build talent acquisition strategies that achieve business objectives while ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and business partners. Alongside forecasting hiring needs, undertaking interviews and conferring job offers, we advise business leaders on the talent strategy and deliver all TA metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accomplishing results through the management of a team of professional team members
  • Responsible for managing hiring of all complexities and for a large number of lines of business
  • Ensures that staffing needs are met in accordance with organizational staffing strategies
  • Manages the integration of complex business factors to build talent acquisition strategies that lead to achievement of business objectives
  • Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a quality experience in the talent acquisition process for candidates and business partners
  • Responsible for delivering on all TA metrics (Cost, Quality and Timeline) for all the businesses supported.
  • Administers programs designed to acquire talent through the uniform and equitable application of policies and procedures

Essential Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 4+ years leadership experience
  • Ability to effectively influence key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and in writing
  • Experience in a multinational corporation
