Overview

We are seeking to hire a Global Process Lead who will drive the design, implementation, and performance of TEK's global Record-to-Report (R2R) process, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with end-to-end (E2E) goals. Partner with the Global Process Owner (GPO) to lead cross-functional teams, analyze change impact, build readiness, and implement solutions that streamline operations and deliver business benefits.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract role that could bе extended.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with GPO to design, implement, and monitor R2R processes and systems.
  • Improve process delivery through detailed job design, work instructions, and performance metric development.
  • Create current and future state Value Stream Maps for E2E process.
  • Analyze change impact during R2R implementations and build business readiness.
  • Track implementation progress and work with delivery teams to ensure successful anchoring.
  • Design and execute effective change management strategies for process adoption.
  • Gather data on current operations, identify pain points, and recommend solutions.
  • Standardize and optimize global R2R performance to align with industry best practices.
  • Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across the process.
  • Ensure the R2R process works effectively with linked processes.
  • Lead and govern the global R2R community, fostering continuous improvement.
  • Partner with key stakeholders on process design, policies, KPIs, data standards, and role definitions.
  • Provide guidance and deep-dive expertise to sub-process owners.
  • Support discontinuous innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the R2R area.
  • Maintain process integrity and documentation, aligning with global standards.

Qualifications

  • 5-9 years of experience in finance and/or process improvement roles.
  • Master's degree in Accounting & Finance preferred.
  • Recognized professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, etc.) required.
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong business process expertise, stakeholder management skills, strategic thinking, and customer focus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamworking skills.
  • Proven experience in a global finance function of a multinational corporation.
  • Change leadership, service delivery, and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to build and drive team capability.
