AppsFlyer is looking for a Human Resources Director to lead its APAC-based activities and nurture our unique AppsFlyer culture! Your #1 priority will be allowing AppsFlyer to achieve more through its talent. You will be responsible for building, developing and supporting the AppsFlyer team in APAC offices, based in Bangkok and covering Beijing, Bangalore, Seoul and Tokyo. Your work will be instrumental in helping to attract, retain, and grow our talent and contribute directly to AppsFlyer’s overall success.

  • Hold the overall responsibility for talent acquisition in region. Oversee and guide the team throughout the full-cycle recruiting process, from talent sourcing to interviewing, hiring and on boarding new employees.
  • You will be a trusted resource for APAC region employees, handling the day to day employee inquiries and issues with the utmost discretion and fairness, working closely with People Operations that makes AppsFlyer an amazing place to work.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for senior leaders in APAC, working with them to implement effective HR strategies to support and sustain growth across the region.
  • Cross collaborating with Learning and Development team in coaching APAC leaders and middle management on employee relations, performance management, professional development, process management, and effective team building.
  • Identify the need for employee development, retention strategies, succession planning and career development.  
  • Oversee and enforce employee data management, analysis and reporting to ensure statutory compliance with relevant country legislation (i.e. data protection).  Keeping up to date on employment practices & laws across the region, industry trends, and new developments.
  • Manage various employee practices including onboarding, record keeping, administration (i.e. changes in status, classification/review/consulting of job descriptions, terminations, compliance, etc.)
  • Ownership of policy development and communication of these policies to managers and staff, ensuring effective implementation.
  • Using analytics and various business metrics to drive strategic decision making as it relates to people and policies.
  • You will collaborate with other AppsFlyer leaders to provide the best new employee onboarding experience – from training plans to Academy orientation sessions and beyond.
  • You will develop, foster and uphold AppsFlyer’s culture according to the company values to drive APAC employees’ sense of pride, purpose and passion.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Have at least 8-10 years of experience of human resource management in midsize, fast-paced international tech companies, specifically such that have experienced fast growth.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing HR professionals.
  • A track record of developing standards for hiring, guiding managers on recruitment best practices and being a consulting partner for hiring decisions.
  • Deep knowledge of international statutory benefits, compensation, compliance, leave of absence and common country employee practices.
  • Have experience fostering teamwork, and spearheading manager-development processes.
  • Cross cultural experience working with senior management across Asia.
  • A self-starter, able to challenge the status quo, has a ‘can-do’ approach and does not shy away from challenges.
  • Can manage multiple and competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Operates in a transparent manner with strong team focus.
  • Strong acumen at influencing through strong relationships, domain expertise and being data driven
  • An extremely perceptive person who listens first and can relate to all individuals within various levels of the organization.
  • Creative, resourceful problem solver with excellent teamwork skills, proactive and self-driven.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones, openness to travel when needed up to 40% of time.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in working in a global organization with direct interface with global teams
