About the Role:

Are you passionate about pipeline and generating demand? We need a digital growth marketer that will go beyond customer acquisition; you will fill in opportunity gaps across the funnel in collaboration with the Demand Content Team, SDRs and Corporate Sales Team. 

A key role in the APJ Growth Marketing Team, we are looking for a team player who is creative, data-focussed, and hands-on across all areas of the growth marketing function. This individual will report to the APJ Digital Marketing Manager, will be responsible for developing and executing customer acquisition campaigns, and focused on acquiring new customers for the Corporate and SMB Team.

What You'll Do:

  • Work with the Corporate Field Marketing Manager to identify digital marketing campaigns that will support pipeline growth in each region
  • Manage relationships, campaigns, and budgets with the relevant tech vendors based on the needs for Corporate and SMB teams
  • Responsible for creation of all materials relevant to the success of your campaigns
  • Liaise with the Marketing Operations Specialist to schedule and report on success of digital efforts
  • Build and optimise regional campaigns to nurture and convert inbound leads into MQLs
  • Work with the central team on centralised digital campaigns such as SEM, paid social or display to support Corporate and SMB messaging
  • Coordinate data, content and messaging in collaboration with the Demand Content and SDR Team for call-out days
  • Work with Marketing Operations on audience targeting and segmentation, leveraging 6sense and ABM models
  • Expand and enrich the regional CORP and SMB databases with qualified contacts
  • Strategise with the Field Marketing Manager and the Digital Marketing Manager to address pipeline gaps in sub-regions and put action plans in place to address these
  • Build a dedicated strategy for Corporate and SMB accounts and create an action plan to push the free trial to the right audience
  • Manage budget for Corporate in line with the Digital Marketing Manager

What You'll Need:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a marketing role
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or digital marketing
  • Excellent English communication skills

Skills:

  • Data Analytics

  • Familiarity with content writing

Bonus Points:

  • Fluency in any languages from the Asia-Pacific region
  • Prior experience with Marketo, 6sense, and Tableau
  • Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Knack, and Drift
