Job Summary
This position actively directs several of The Hatchery Entrepreneurship Center’s key campus-wide entrepreneurship and community outreach projects and provides managerial support to Hatchery staff.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an AACSB-accredited institution. At least 1 year of administrative experience within an academic environment and in support of community-outreach related activities. Comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders including students, faculty, and off-campus partners. Valid Driver's License required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in business, communication, technology, or a relevant field. Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, as demonstrated through a willingness to pursue knowledge, skills, and opportunities. At least 1 year of administrative experience in event planning and management, social media marketing, or prototyping preferably within an entrepreneurial context.
