Job Summary:

As a member of the Marketing Analytics Center of Excellence (COE) this Vice President (VP) will be responsible for managing and supporting LOB (Line of business) and COE (center of excellence) partners with Paid, Owned and cross-channel media analytics, MTA, customer-centric messaging/testing, small scale attribution, XLOB channel effectiveness, optimizing customer journey and measuring value to LOBs and COE. This position will work directly with our clients on the design, development, implementation and tracking of their strategic marketing campaigns from a data & analytics perspective. The successful candidate will be analytically/technically strong, will have great communications skills, and a collaborative and resourceful style.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead partnership with over a dozen Marketing and Product stakeholders with strong understanding of business drivers and underlying data
  • Collaborate with business owners and COE functions to formulate quantifiable goals; advise on strategies and experimentation to achieve business goals
  • Advocate for domain specific data needed to monitor performance, targeting and execution, and other analytical support for business goals
  • Lead execution of XLOB and XChannel KPIs, trend analysis, dashboards and analyses including segmentations, optimizations and other techniques to improve business function performance and actionable execution
  • Improve and/or assess processes and controls in support of business results
  • Unite learnings across marketing channels and LOBs into best practices for customer-centric campaigns
  • Understanding of combined impact of paid & owned, along with improved message relevancy and cohesiveness
  • Partner with the Audience/List, Tools/Solutions and Media Activation/Agency teams
  • Coach and lead junior team members in campaign and digital analysis methods and approaches.
  • Build strong relationships with our clients and partners

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • 7 years of related Marketing Analytics experience
  • Masters or PhD in a related field, or Bachelors with 10+ years' experience in a related discipline
  • Strong analytics, interpretive and problem-solving skills
  • Technical understanding of data extraction, transformation and load processing
  • Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills, ability to explain complicated concepts and data structures with an ability to influence both internal & external business partners
  • Hands-on experience in delivering analytics and insights to multiple levels of management (Including Test Design, Financials, Conversion/Response Reporting, Response Analysis, Incremental Analysis, Response Profiling and Target/Segmentation Analysis)
  • Tangible experience with business strategy and tactical implementation
  • Experience in relational databases
  • Experience with dynamic and interactive reporting applications (i.e. Tableau)
  • Consulting orientation ability to influence both internal & external business partners
  • Strong written and oral presentation / communication skills – the ability to convey complex information simply and clearly to senior business leaders
